We’ve added a new feature that allows libraries to customize the display of You May Also Like, Syndetics Unbound’s readers’ advisory tool for discovering new titles.
You May Also Like contains several different types of recommendations based on similar titles, similar series, and even similar authors. Opening “See More Recommendations” goes even deeper, suggesting titles from the collection based on tags, genres, and more.
With this new customization, you can choose which components of the You May Also Like recommendations to display, both in your catalog and in the “see more” lightbox.
How to customize: In the Syndetics Unbound admin, click the Catalog Enrichments button and then find Settings for You May Also Like. Here, you can toggle each component on/off.
